I have had so many maternity shoots lately!  I think half of the base here is pregnant!  I really like it because it means I get to meet a lot of newborns really soon. Here are a couple of my favorites from my last maternity session. Teresa Hart Photography

It seems like everyone is pregnant right now in Misawa.  I had had so many request for maternity and newborn portraits already.  I am very excited at all the sessions I already have lined up! Here are a few photos from a maternity session I had last weekend.  I am really excited about how these turned out.  I can't decide if I like the one of her laying down in color or black and white better. I was so excited when Karla contacted me about doing her maternity/newborn portraits.  I mean, she is kind of a celebrity here.  For those of you know don't know, she is on the news here and she is on the radio too. Okay, so I behind on blogging again.  Ha, ha..so easy to get behind.  Over the weekend, I got to meet a beautiful mother to be.  I love my job and having the opportunity to photograph many people and families, but I also love it because I get to meet so many new people.  It was so nice to talk to "T".  We have quite a bit in common. Today's maternity shoot was a lot of fun.  This is their first child and he is expected to arrive next month and they are so excited!  I am excited to meet him too!  Everyone knows I love to photograph newborns...my favorite!! My son was here today when we did the shoot and he wanted to take a portrait with "C".  It was so funny because he acted like he had known her forever.  Here are a couple from our session today. I was so delighted to meet "S".  She reminds me a lot of one of my friends back in the States. Her husband had the idea of taking a portraits of her belly bump with the teddy bear with the blue scarf (for boy) and I loved the idea.  Looking forward to photographing their little man soon.  I hope you enjoy your sneak peek portraits! What a beautiful woman and handsome little boy I got to photograph today!  I had such a hard time choosing images for this sneak peek.  I really liked all of the portraits in color and I knew they would also look great in black and white.  Then, when I converted them to black and white, it made it even harder to choose!    Looking forward to meeting the new bundle of joy next month (yes, she is STILL that beautiful and she only has about a month and a half to go!)  Here are a few from our session.
