2021 Information and Policies

The Basics

Please try and schedule your session with me up to 2 weeks in advance.  I tend to get full very quickly and I want to ensure I have time to fit you in.  **Maternity and newborn clients, PLEASE contact me when you are still pregnant to schedule your newborn session.  I will make a tentative date in my calendar and you will have a spot reserved.  I prefer to photograph newborns with 14 days of birth.  From experience, I have found that this age works best for me.  It is your responsibility to contact me after your little one is born to schedule a session**

If you need to reschedule your session, please give at least 24 hours notice if possible.  If 24 hours is not given (except in the instant of emergency), I will keep the portion of your session investment that has been paid to reserve your session.  The is because if there is not enough notice given, I may not be able to fill your spot.  I reserve the right to reschedule our session due to inclement weather, malfunctioning equipment, sickness, or personal emergency.

50% of the session investment is due to schedule your session.  A Paypal option will be available to make the payment process as easy as possible.  The remainder of your session investment is due at the time of your session.

Before our session, I will need you to complete my client contract agreement.   Once you pay your session investment to reserve your spot, I will sent you a link to my client contract, which can be signed online electronically and returned to me.  Again, I will need your contract on file before your session.

Gallery and Proofs

Within 10 to 14 days of your session, you will be notified via email that your personal gallery is ready for viewing.  You will be given the option to do an online viewing of your gallery where you can view your proofs in the comfort of your own home or you are welcome to come to my home to view your proofs and see examples any specialty products (canvas gallery wraps, keepsake albums, image box, etc.) you may be interested in.

Once I have confirmed with you that you are ready to make your gallery live, I will enable your gallery for viewing for 14 days.  Your order must be made within the 14 day time period.  If you do not make your order during the 14 day period and you wish to re-open your gallery, you will be sent an invoice via Paypal for a $15 re-activation fee.  Once the $15 activation fee is paid, you will be given and additional 14 days to order.

iheartfaces// "Yellow" Photo Challenge

This weeks theme at iheartfaces is "yellow".  I think this photograph fits the theme perfectly.  This little girl was such a ham in front of the camera.  And look at that gorgeous blue eyes and contagious smile! Head on over to iheartfaces to check out the other entries! Teresa Hart Photography

iheartfaces/Dramatic Black and White

This week the challenge over at iheartfaces is "dramatic black and white."  I choose this photo because I think it shows raw emotion between the dad and his son.  The dad looks strong, yet vunerable and I love the placement of the hands of the dad on the boy. Hope you like it!  Head on over to                                                                                          to check out the other entries! Teresa Hart Photography
